One way of pleasing ourselves is by indulging in such greenery and experiencing astounding scenery brought by nature. Our remarkable and A Blissful Walk at TCH-Balamban happened just two weeks ago, still fresh in our minds how we felt that day.
A journey to the South is our first time traveling with our new motorbike so, it is also a form of a test drive. Turns out to be our body aches a lot after a whole day trip however the experience and the alluring views we have taken are much bigger than all the pain we felt from the travel.
After a long ride, we have random stops and do some stretchings then walk for about 5 minutes. I have been wearing my helmet for hours and have to take it off cause I felt numbness in my neck. My back ached sometimes, however, I can't feel any tired due to the astonishingly vast green vegetation on every edge of the road.
First Stop at Foressa Mountain Town
Foressa Mountain Town is located in the peaceful mountains of Cansomoroy, Balamban, Cebu, just 90 minutes along the Transcentral Highway from Cebu City.
It is set within more than 250 hectares of natural terrain, mountains, sloping hills and rivers to explore and experience.
According to Goggle the description above is worth sharing and lets the people discover the serenity of the place. The name itself, made us wonder about a maiden name from the forest.
I have been captivated by its signage much more than its town. Without a second thought, we stopped here and discover what leads this road. The road has green bushy plants standing array towards the town. It's like walking down the aisle with beautifully adorned plants. The road leading to the village has a wide and spacious one that could cater to large vehicles.
As I go on, saw a sign leading to the main gate. I think the site is still in process. The homeowners will never regret getting a unit here because of its breathtaking view. The vigorous trees strikingly embraced the edge of the passageway.
Also went to Summit Drive where I saw another entrance. The lamppost is lined accordingly as it gives light during the night. The bush is still there connecting as it also gives direction. On the other side of the road, I saw a rock embossed with grasses silently climbing on it. At first, thought it was a boulder however as I roamed around it was connected to the land up there. I wanted to ascend however we have to get on.
A few posters streaked along the road where some travelers might be enticed to get a unit to experience the peaceful and serene village in the South. Along with it, we're winding trees swaying together as it also offers comfort to us.
Here on Trans Central Highway (TCH), some riders are attracted to riding here because of its cozy weather, few vehicles were running, and there are several attractions that people will surely come back for more.
Second and last stop at Gaas, Balamban
Countless times I passed by here and got no chance of taking some pictures and now I took the courage to spare time just to witness the overlooking and breathtaking view. The eye-catching attraction is of interest to every passer.
The lush green vegetation immensely covered the whole land. There were some houses nestled above the mountains, and I wonder how they could get there. People would make a way just to live peacefully and how glorious they felt being here.
The tranquility of the place and the cold weather is just so perfect for getting along with him. Even the sun glares so brightly, that it doesn't stop us from gazing at the clouds, the sea, and the horizon.
The surreal view didn't think that I'll be able to see from here one of Cebu's pride, Tsuneishi Heavy Industries Cebu Inc.. This company builds large ships and sells them to shipping companies. From its name, it is a partnership venture between Japan and Aboitiz group.
The blue and wide sea seems calm, by looking at it, I'm at peace as well. Other mountainous areas received a shed from clouds while others were still sacrificing the blazing hotness of the sun.
I find peace even just by walking and viewing the abundance of nature. It uplifts my mood and relaxes my mind. I am now recharged and ready for another trip.
