Warner Beach ~ Host @tattoodjay #wednesdaywalk

Grubby subway after refreshing clean up, a splash of paint makes the world of difference. Taking a walk from town to the beach you either need to travel over the railway lines or under, this is the only pedestrian subway I know of in the area.

Starting from one side to the other and back again... Shark, good warning for those going down to the beach when you enter the water you sharing the space with who knows under the waves.

I had to smile, whoever painted this must have had a sense of humor with a fish and dolphin swimming along the wall behind the shark, was this hide and seek or simply catching a slip stream ride?

The other wall depicted the wonderful Aloe Trees we find along the shoreline, moving down from seasand into the sea with dolphins frolicking in the water with smaller fish, colorful underwater plants.

Dolphins are no longer a regular feature as they once were, perhaps pollution in the water has taken them out further off-shore, we often used to see them dancing in and out of the waves...

Octopus sliding down the wall in to the opening of the subway with a welcome sign, walk from town using the subway onto the beach is a short walk, after photographing the beach we walked up the main road to take photo's of the sea.

An eco-friendly way to clean up plain grey cement, so appealing to see and remind people of the ocean deep, the animals that live in our oceans. Big beach cleaning excursions have been happening to try clean up the plastic waste washing up, something most walkers do when going out onto the beach.

To get out of the house or office, feel the sun and warm breeze, if lucky tip your toe on the sand and enjoy a walk along the shore with breaking water crashing to lighten your senses, or sit in a coffee shop watching the birds fly over the sea, wind whipping up sea-horses on the water after taking a walk outdoors makes life all the more worthwhile living.

A post I did two years ago streetphotography with entrance to the subway, mural was recently added to the subway now completing the walk.
