Weekend-engagement topic week 39: Fear
Fear is not in death, we will all walk the path one day, it is how this may come about, humans have proven to have extremely horrific ideas in torture tactics.
One such torture in modern times is the use of placing a motor car tyre (tire) over the shoulders of another filled with petrol then set alight, the agony endured for up to twenty minutes or more, planned torture!
Originally informers assisting the apartheid regime were targeted, now used against fellow citizens supporting different political parties, tyres are also strewn across roads then set alight during protests to bock roads.

Ritual murders have happened over the years, one would think in modern times this would be a thing of the past, where debate or voting would overcome differences.
The horrific fear instilled into victims, the very thought of unsuspecting people dying in such a manner in my own beloved country. This image leaves me dreading ending up somewhere where extremists are rampaging.
Sadly this type of militant anger has spilled out into the world wherever an uprising occurs tyres burn, gruesome ways implemented in killing when we supposedly call ourselves civilized.
Fear comes from knowing this type of thing still happens, no one is exempt when uprising happens, till then I still cautiously go about my days enjoying what we have, being civil to all.
Another reason I prefer nature, sharing positive since these negative things really lurk deep inside where we continue to try hide them. Thanks for such an unusual topic.
