Hello Steemit community! Today I bring you an illustration and several questions of that is the illustration of the confusion and complexity of some things about steemit for me that I still do not understand the platform I find it a bit frustrating then I will mention one or several of them.

One of the things that I do not understand is how the payments are, I have already read several posts on how they are handled, but for example one of my doubts is by votes 75% is paid to the author and 25% to the voter at which time they award that 25% to the voter, they are given to all or only to "randomly chosen" or by a certain algorithm.

Another of the doubts is that sometimes I give upvote and instead of adding to the person the amount of steem that has accumulated in the post decreases that I do not understand either, and another thing is that sometimes it does not let me post even having steem power.

I leave my illustration emphasizing that my illustrations often have no reference completely out of my imagination only in portraits is that I have a reference of a person.

Hola comunidad de Steemit! hoy les traigo una ilustración y varias interrogantes de eso se trata la ilustración de la confusión y la complejidad de algunas cosas acerca de steemit para mi que aun no entiendo la plataforma se me hace un poco frustrante a continuación mencionare una o varias de ellas.

Una de las cosas que no entiendo es como son los pagos, ya he leido varios post de como se manejan, pero por ejemplo una de mis dudas es por votos se paga el 75% al autor y 25% al votante en que momento adjudican ese 25% al votante, se les da a todos o solo a "elegidos al azar" o por cierto algoritmo.

Otra de las dudas es que a veces doy upvote y en vez de sumarle a la persona le baja la cantidad de steem que tiene acumulada en el post, eso tampoco lo entiendo y otra de las cosas es que a veces no me deja postear aun teniendo steem power.

Les dejo mi ilustración recalcando que mis ilustraciones muchas de las veces no tienen referencia alguna salen completamente de mi imaginación solo en los retratos es que tengo referencia de una persona.
