Our project will use Ethereum to broadcast and create tokens mainly because it has the foundation that will implement our technology. Terawatt will manipulate the intelligent blockchain contracts. Our token will be a standard ERC20 token with some specific modifications. Our algorithms will verify that the consumer actually bought the bulbs from a suitable vendor and add the transaction to the block chain. Intelligent contracts will execute and manage the entire process.
Our token will use POS to help with emissions and keep the environment clean and green. Our first implementation will be in the Ethereum Casper Network using Stake Testing. This network can terminate block messages in constant O (1) time. This is contrary to the O (N) time required for Byzantine fault tolerant machine replication. Casper uses a binary consensus protocol. Protocol messages have three parts: an estimate (0 or 1), a sender (name of the validator), and a justification.
