I've been interested in mental illness for a considerable time. It's maybe because I'm diagnosed with OCD myself.
Anyway, here's a new pen drawing on A3 paper. I used both gel- and ballpoint pen.
The figure shows different faces crammed together, resulting in an almost deformed portrait. This is my understanding of multiple personality disorder, or even schizophrenia and OCD.
