Hello Everyone
Welcome to my blog.
As most of you know, Tuesday 26th August was my birthday.
It was a rainy birthday, because it started raining from morning until evening on that day.
Though the rain stopped at intervals but started after a short break.
The rain was just enough discouragement and also an excuse.
Because one of my friends jokingly said she sent people to surprise me but they cancelled on her because of the rain
That it won't be favourable for them.
I knew she was just joking and used the rain as a perfect excuse.
Well, I wasn't really expecting much except birthday wishes and prayers.
So, I wasn't worried about the rain.
I certainly do not dislike rain.
I got a lot of birthday wishes and prayers which made me smile a lot馃槉馃グ I was seriously happy on this day.
A friend of mine who doesn't stay far surprised me by bringing hot melon soup and garri for me馃槀馃槀
I truly enjoyed this meal and it was just perfect.
On 28th, I got a surprise visit by my friend too, it was to celebrate me which we had a few drinks we talked too.
It was a cool evening sit out, and it's been long we saw each other.
I was just engrossed that I didn't snap photos.
Then, just yesterday, it skipped my mind to mention it in my Actifit report.
My brother bought some cupcakes to celebrate 馃
We both are currently going through a phase with some tight budget, so this gift was really a surprise for me.
He said more are going let's be hopeful 馃槉
This cupcake was just delicious in its glory.
The chocolate mix tested so different from the other two normal ones.
Well, I remember when we used to buy these cupcakes for 100 naira, we saw it as a big deal even with that price.
Now it is way costly than what it used to.
He forgot the candles馃槀馃槀 I did blow an imaginary candle, said a word of prayer before enjoying the delicious cupcakes.
