I recently decided to revisit Faucetfly and take another whack at creating my own faucet. The last time I had attempted this I deposited 200,000 Satoshi and quickly changed my mind, withdrawing what I had left.
This time I decided to really try and stick with it and decided to deposit about 1.5 million Satoshi in order to not be drained as quickly as I had been the last time. After creating a faucet and running it for a day, I had earned 10,000 Satoshi in ad revenue. Fantastic for a first day I think! Or so I thought, I looked at my balance and I had lost 20,000 Satoshi. So I decided to set things up with a Faucethub API Key, set a limit, and adjust how much was rewarded.
Well I wanted to transfer the balance I had in my Faucetfly account to the Faucethub address, and not waste any more of my precious BTC. So I decided to take half out just in case I wanted to re-try that site with a different reward amount/refferal bonus.
It has almost been 2 days and the transaction is still Pending with 0 Confirmations. Accepting that the BTC is stuck and most likely lost, I withdrew the rest of my balance as well.
Moral of the story, if you plan on using this site, do not put any more than what you are willing to throw away.
