How are the loyal followers of this charming "Community" doing? Once again, I am here in this wonderful space to join my friend @ewkaw in this unique "Contest". Honestamente, no recuerdo hace cuánto tiempo que comencé a visitar y compartir mis fotografías de hongos en esta comunidad, pero desde que lo estoy haciendo, es admirable lo mucho que he aprendido sobre este maravilloso mundo. Al iniciarme, no tenía la capacidad de identificar a los hongos más conocidos y clásicos. Esta es una de las razones por las que siempre participo de este genial desafío. Esta semana en nuestra búsqueda hemos llegado un poco tarde a esta preciosa ¨especie¨: como pueden observar, están bastantes deteriorados, que por poco no lo podemos identificar.
Honestly, I don't remember exactly when I started visiting and sharing my mushroom photos in this community, but since I began, it is amazing how much I have learned about this wonderful world. When I first started, I couldn't even identify the most well-known, classic mushrooms. That is one of the reasons why I always participate in this great challenge. This week, during our search, we arrived a bit late to find this lovely "species"; as you can see, they are quite deteriorated—we almost couldn't identify them.
Estos son de esos ¨ejemplares¨: que pueden estar un poco deteriorados y siempre se podrán identificar, además, sin importar el estado en que se encuentren, muchas personas los recolectan, dado que los pueden hidratar y ellos vuelven a la normalidad. Es por eso que son uno de los hongos más recolectados, sin olvidar mencionar que tienen atributos curativos para diferentes tipos de afecciones.
These are the kind of specimens that can be somewhat deteriorated yet remain identifiable; furthermore, regardless of their condition, many people gather them because they can be rehydrated and return to their normal state. That is why they are among the most frequently collected mushrooms—not to mention their healing properties for various types of ailments.
Estos son de esos ¨géneros¨: que se ven pocas veces al año, incluso hubo años que no los hemos llegado a ver. Por lo menos aquí en mi ciudad son bastante raros de hallar, por eso es una gran felicidad cuando en tu camino te encuentras con ellos. Esta vez incluso lucen un poco diferentes a otras veces que los hemos hallado.
These belong to one of those genera that are rarely seen during the year; there have even been years when we haven't spotted them at all. At least here in my city, they are quite rare to find, which is why it brings such joy to come across them. This time, they even look a bit different from other times we’ve found them.
Esta ha sido una gran semana para la búsqueda de hongos y hemos sentido una gran satisfacción al poder fotografiar con nuestra ¨camara¨ : a estas bellezas de este mundo maravilloso. Las visitas que hacemos al predio para hacer nuestras búsquedas de hongos siempre resultan muy entretenidas.
This has been a great week for mushroom hunting, and we’ve felt great satisfaction in being able to photograph these beauties of this wonderful world with our "camera": . Our visits to the grounds to hunt for mushrooms always turn out to be very entertaining.
