¨FungiFriday¨ Colorful mushroom emerging from a log (Es-Eng)

Esta semana hemos encontrado algunos hongos en mejores condiciones que la semana pasada, así que estoy muy feliz de estar nuevamente en esta genial ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  para compartir algunas fotografías de los hongos que hemos hallado. Hermosas tomas ideales para participar de la iniciativa de nuestro amigo @ewkaw ¨FungiFridayContest¨:  Una iniciativa que me ha permitido ampliar notoriamente mis conocimientos sobre los hongos, al principio hubiera pensado que estas imágenes pertenecían a una sola variedad de hongos, hoy con lo que he aprendido, puedo decir que se trata de tres variedades diferentes de un mismo género.

This week we found some mushrooms in better condition than last week, so I'm very happy to be back in this great ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  to share some pictures of the fungi we found. Beautiful ideal shots to participate in the initiative of our friend @ewkaw ¨FungiFridayContest¨:  An initiative that has allowed me to significantly expand my knowledge about fungi, at first I would have thought that these images belonged to a single variety of fungi, today with what I have learned, I can say that they are of three different varieties of the same genus.

Si han visto el post de la semana pasada, saben que ha sido unas de las peores en materia de hongos, las variedades que encontramos estaban muy deteriorados, por esa razón no teníamos mucha esperanzas en esta búsqueda, si bien hemos caminado mucho sin encontrar nada y por suerte agudizamos la vista dimos con esta pequeña variedad de hongos que pertenecen a los ¨Pycnoporus¨:  una especie muy común en esta zona del mundo y como ven son muy pequeños que no tengo idea de cómo lo hemos descubierto

If you have seen last week's post, you know that it has been one of the worst in terms of mushrooms, the varieties we found were very deteriorated, for that reason we did not have much hope in this search, although we have walked a lot without finding anything and luckily we sharpened our eyes we found this small variety of fungi that belong to the ¨Pycnoporus¨:  a very common species in this part of the world and as you can see they are so small that I have no idea how we discovered it

Después de haber hecho algunas fotografías del pequeño hongo y a punto de retirarnos del lugar vimos en la distancia como algo rojo sobresalía de un extremo del tronco, al acercarnos pudimos comprobar que se trata del mismo género de hongo pero de una especie diferente, se trata del hongo conocido como ¨Pycnoporus¨ ¨cinnabarinus¨:  si te guías por la imagen de esta página seguro te creara cierta confusión, es más fácil identificarlo al pie de ¨esta página¨:  en la galería de imágenes. De las tres variedades que hemos encontrado, esta es la que más se ve en esta zona del mundo, un hongo que les he enseñado en muchas ocasiones, pero hace más de un mes que no la veíamos por aquí. Me causo mucha alegría al ver este tronco cargado de ella. Se trata de una variedad conocida como ¨Pycnoporus¨ ¨sanguineus¨:  un hongo que se ocupa de descomponer cortezas, ramas y troncos de árboles, al igual al resto de las variedades necesita de la humedad y calor para su desarrollo, por eso es muy común verlos días después de grandes lluvias, y es justamente lo que ha sucedido en la ciudad hace unos días

I have ¨read¨:  what is a mushroom with many industrial purposes, it can even be eaten, contrary to the belief that because it is a colored mushroom it is assumed to be poisonous, in this case, they affirm that it is edible. To be honest, this is not a mushroom that I would like to bring to our kitchen, as you can see, it is somewhat rigid and I have the impression that it has to be boiled a lot before preparing a recipe with them.
