I've always been the person that's on an off diets and i have yo-yo'd for quite sometime and i used to be a very large girl and i managed to shift ALOT of it but that was mainly due to how active i was but as i have been off work for sometime keeping it off has become difficult,
So i was having a look online as i am going to a wedding in March and thought i would buy myself a dress ME IN A DRESS, no, never!!!!! I've never ever been a person that would be seen in a dress but you only live once, right? So i bought a dress that's a smaller size and fitted as an aim to get into it before the wedding!
But it finally arrived today and much to my amazement. IT FITS! IT ACTUALLY FITS! with some spare room
Just the confidence boost that i needed!
