Hello @plantfuljourney friend!... Fermented elderflower lemonade 🙂 I've never seen that before, but I'm guessing it tastes delicious. As a child, my mother used to give me warm milk with elderflowers before bed, and I still remember that wonderful flavor... Here in Venezuela, they only grow in the mountains because they're colder than the low valleys, but it's common for health food stores to sell the flowers. But that elderflower plant in your garden looks beautiful, so full of blossoms! I loved seeing your post! I hope your lemonade ferments well and doesn't turn into citrus vinegar! 😃🙏
