Yesterday I published photos of a mysterious tubular shaped object made of stainless steel here.
You guessed bravely, but wrongly. The closest was @zirky. Yes, it was indeed an inspection device. It was a simple design based on the principle of a periscope microscope.
The examined object was illuminated by a light bulb and its surface was observed using a prism and lenses.
And what was the researched object? Well, it mostly checked the inner surface of the pipes in the container for the spent nuclear fuel from the power plants.
Furthermore, it could also be used to inspect the area of control rods or fuel rods in a nuclear reactor. Of course, in new products without radiation.
So how do we divide the reward? 0.696 hive will be received in the form of Terezka's HP. He votes for us, so it's an investment :-)
And @zirky will receive 0.369 Hive for the closest tip.
Thank you to everyone involved!
