Yes, thanks to a government order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, we have been obliged to wear drapes or other types of nose and mouth protection in public since mid-March.
If you wear glasses, you struggle at low temperatures with their constant fogging.
In order to at least partially solve all the mentioned problems and give our noses and lungs at least a little freedom, I decided to create a simple MiniShield.
I do not claim its authorship, on the contrary. It is a gift to humanity bound by veils.
My creation probably won't protect anyone too much from infection. In any case, if we use it on a street where no one is far and wide, we will not endanger anyone. The law is satisfied.
And we will help ourselves. Breathe freely and be outside. Live.
Its construction is very simple. You can create it too.
All we need is an empty 2-liter PET bottle, a piece of gasket and a silicone tube to replace the rubber bands for the ears.
Cut out the basic material (5) in the shape of a drape from the middle part of the PET beverage bottle with a volume of 2 l.
Then make four holes in it and thread pieces of silicone tubes through them (3). We will secure them with knots against tearing.
We will add a gasket to the hips and to the nose (2) The gasket (1) is reinforced so that the MiniShield does not slip out of our nose.
We adjust the silicone rubber bands so that the shield holds on our nose and we can breathe freely around it.
Air can flow freely around the nose and exhaled carbon dioxide leaves around the chin without suffocating us in the drape.
I equipped the prototype of the MiniShield with a non-woven fabric. This masks the uniqueness of the solution and brings the privacy of field testing to the wearer.
The problem is solved.
Také se vám v roušce špatně dýchá? Stačí jít do kopce a už to neudýcháte? Natož, když máte venku těžce fyzicky pracovat? Nebo jen tahat těžké nákupní tašky z obchodu?
Ano, díky nařízení vlády kvůli prevenci šíření koronaviru tu máme už od poloviny března povinnost nosit ve veřejném prostoru roušky či jiný druh ochrany nosu a úst.
Pokud nosíte brýle, bojujete za nízkých teplot s jejich neustálým zamlžováním.
Abych alespoň částečně vyřešil všechny zmíněné problémy a dal našim nosům a plicím alespoň trochu svobody, rozhodl jsem se vytvořit jednoduchý MiniŠtít.
Nedělám si nárok na jeho autorství, naopak. Je to dar lidstvu spoutanému rouškami.
Můj výtvor asi před nákazou příliš nikoho neochrání. Každopádně, pokud ho použijeme na ulici, kde široko daleko nikdo není, nikoho neohrozíme. Zákon je spokojen.
A my pomůžeme sobě. Volně dýchat a být venku. Žít.
Jeho konstrukce je velice jednoduchá. Můžete si ho vytvořit i vy.
Stačí nám k tomu prázdná PET lahev o objemu 2l, kousek těsnění a silikonové bužírky jako náhradu gumiček za uši.
Základní materiál (5) vystřihneme ve tvaru roušky z prostřední část nápojové PET lahve o objemu 2l.
Poté do něj uděláme čtyři dírky a jimi provlékneme kousky silikonových bužírek (3). Zajistíme je uzlíky proti vytržení.
Přidáme těsnění na boky a na nos (2) Těsnění (1) je zesílené, aby nám MiniŠtít nesklouzával z nosu.
Silikonové gumičky přizpůsobíme tak, aby nám štít držel na nose a my mohli volně dýchat kolem něho.
Vzduch může volně proudit kolem nosu a vydechovaný oxid uhličitý odchází kolem brady, aniž by nás dusil v roušce.
Prototyp MiniŠtítu jsem vybavil polepem netkanou textilií. Ta zamaskuje unikátnost řešení a přinese nositeli soukromí testování v terénu.
Problém je vyřešen.
