I'm glad you've brought up the fake fiat business. As far as i understand Basel 3 is being drawn out and the corporations known as UK, Europe and America have been postponing their intergration with this new regulation.

They know the fiat system has been done for, they NEED to keep up the appearance of it working...i don't know what they are biding their time for...maybe to align everything together ready for ID2020...but since there's been a lot of "push back" (caution - lots of false flags here) regarding the V Pass, maybe this has caused the delay.
