World Health Organization: WHO (World Health Organization) is the specialized agency of the United Nations. It is concerned with international public health. It was established on 7th April 1948. The Headquarter of the WHO is in Geneva, Switzerland. The WHO has 194 member states. All UN member States are eligible for WHO membership. The World Health Assembly is the legislative and supreme body of the WHO.
