Happy Monday, fellow Alivers, Hivers and CTP Swarmers!
As we embark on a new month tomorrow, we still had to be on crush mode on the last day of January, 2022.
Unfortunately, my mantra of never missing a Monday workout had to take a bit of a hit today; but Tiffany ended up in the Emergency room for some issues that will have to be monitored the next couple of weeks.
She will continue to workout, but will have to take it easy until all tests are taken and evaluated.
Not sure, if she is going in tomorrow; but I'll be back at it.
For work, it's a typical Monday and end of month; but I'm in a pretty good spot. Trying to keep my employers, closing agents, my team and all our clients happy. Making sure to be there every step of the way.
The last few days has been busy for different reasons, but somehow I'm able to remain active on HIVE and actually generate some positive results with my email marketing as my recent pivot to a new list and new lead capture page hasn't hurt me and I hope that it will benefit in the standings at LISTNERDS and ultimately I can contribute in bringing folks on to ALIVE, CTP and HIVE respectively.
My goal for now, is to stay within the Top 10 of the ListNerds Richlist inside ListNerds and Top 20 in the CTP Richlist inside ListNerds:

What was really cool, was seeing the CTP Universe sign-ups this morning too:
and for good measure, although I'm not pushing my previous campaign as hard, it still is making the rounds and picked up a few sign-ups during the the last two weeks and I'm making sure to promote CTP and ListNerds.
Check out that source on the first line 馃 that is the email ad I have on auto that goes out on Fridays. I hadn't even given that a thought since I set it up. I must work on the full 7 days and do a better job with the content, but getting sign-ups nevertheless; so can't complain.
