PARKOUR FUSIÓN

• Después de trabajar PRECISIONES comenzamos con
  APROXIMACIONES.

• EQUILIBRIO: realizamos un descenso con equilibrio de
  Pie tras pie con piso de lava.

• BALANCE: we perform a descent with balance of

El retorno fue de mayor intensidad ya que lo trabajamos completamente con CUADRUPEDO.

• ACROBACIAS: En esta clase no dedicamos a la asistencia de WALK FLIP.

Recomendaciones:

• Visita una escuela o academia de PARKOUR.
• Contacta un instructor o experimentado en ello, hacerlo solo puede generar lesiones en diversos movimientos.
• Siempre mantener la seguridad en área de práctica, asegurarse de todas las superficies en dicha área.
• Si no está seguro de algún movimiento, intentarlo de forma progresiva, ayuda reduce riesgo a accidentes.
• No practiquen fuera de supervisión ejercicios de alto nivel, siempre es bueno el apoyo o supervisión de un instructor.

Recommendations:

• Visit a PARKOUR school or academy.
