I had the best nap for the first time in the longest time this afternoon. It was raining and breezy. The cold air instantly put me to sleep. 馃槍 We have a scorching Summer, so no wonder why we always have the strongest typhoons. When it comes to my country's weather, there is no in-between. 馃ぃ It is either super hot or super rainy. Right now, we are experiencing typhoons, it is always the case during the months of June to August.
As I woke up from a good nap, I felt a rush of creativity. 馃榿 I miss creating chibi actually. I put my ideas in my notepad just in case I forgot them. This time is an instant idea. 馃槼 Having a break from a daily routine creates a clear headspace. 馃檪 The hardest part for me is thinking of a name. 馃槄 I asked my sister for a name and she said "Ame" a Japanese word for rain. Hmm, I do not feel the name Ame right now, so I named her Droplet. 馃挧
Character Inspiration
I was thinking of a lily pad hat and a yellow rain jacket. The rain jacket reminds me of Georgie, haha. 馃ぃ But I think yellow is a popular color for rain jackets. Those ducklings are inspired by the game Untitled Goose Game. That game is a good exercise for the brain. I swear! The frog is inspired by Keroppi! 馃惛
