To follow up with the baby praying mantis picture that I shared last week, here's one of their food source! A young grasshopper. These things are HORRIBLE. Their voracious appetite for leafy greens means your plants are at risk. Once a cluster of eggs hatch, these little guys will get to work and eat what they can before they get their wings and fly off. Before that can even happen, they could very well destroy a garden if not addressed properly.
Have any of you also experienced with grasshopper invasions before? What are some other ones?
