Meet again with Hive Garden Community friends, I hope everyone is healthy.

At this meeting I will continue my story about the growth of my 14-day-old cucumber plant and it is time for the cucumbers to be placed on support poles or stakes so that the cucumbers can grow upwards and not spread to the ground.
The stakes are very important for cucumber plants because if cucumbers grow in the ground then their growth will not be good and they will be very susceptible to disease.

The stakes that I use are tree branches and bamboo sticks that I split. The size of each pole is about 2 cm. I use old bamboo because besides being more durable it is also tougher than young bamboo.

At each point I stuck three stakes so that they were sturdy and the cucumber plants could propagate well.

Apart from cucumbers, I also plant tomatoes, although not as many as cucumbers, these tomatoes will also really help my economy when the tomatoes reach harvest.

The last are some photos when I harvest the papaya flowers which I will sell to the market early tomorrow morning.
