Living in a house with a roof can be considered luxurious already for me. Even if we don't have a lot of food or money, at least I can sleep comfortably without getting wet and cold when there's rain. At the very least, those blood sucking creatures will not feast on my blood while I sleep. At least I can lay my back on a flat surface and on a soft foam. Also, by being inside our house with a roof and a door, my safety is guaranteed.
Maybe not completely, but I can feel safe.
Those things are the reasons why I considered living in a house with a roof already luxurious. Because if I'm homeless and just living out there on the street, I'm sure I can't experience those. Well, I can lie my back on a flat surface on the street, but later on, coldness will invade my body along with those living vampires in our time.
Becoming a homeless person is what I feared before. Well, who will not, right? But not anymore because I've learned a lot of lessons in my life already. But what if I become homeless for the weekend? What will I do if I don't have money, family, and I just have my pair of clothes with me?
Before I start, what will I do if I'm in this kind of situation, I would like to thank Sir 
A lot of people out there would think that if they became homeless, they would be powerless and couldn't do anything at all. Well, with this piece of mine, I would like to prove that notion wrong.
It can't be denied that at first, being homeless will make you look powerless and like just nobody living on the street. You may look powerless in the eyes of others, but inside you, you're more powerful than you think. It's just your mind who's limiting you to perform amazing things.
If I'm homeless in the city with no money at all, I can do some basic work just to earn some to secure my meals through the day and for the next few days. Since I know how to wash dishes, I can do some extra work for those restaurants within the city in exchange for some money or for food. If you're not sick and have a healthy body, then why not make full use of it?

Also, since I don't have any place to sleep, why don't I use the night to be on my side? You know, rich guys love to eat outside, and they will hit those expensive restaurants and malls, so why not become a parking boy for the day to earn some money. If luck is on my side, I can receive good tips. Plus, I really believed that there are still a lot of good samaritans out there.
If I continue those two things, I can definitely secure another pair of clothes in the next few days. As a homeless person, I will buy clothes in a thrift shop because there's a lot of good quality there but not that expensive. I will choose some decent clothes, a polo, maybe, and a pair of jeans. In that way, I can apply to the recent restaurants I worked at as a waiter or maybe a permanent dishwasher or maybe even a person in the kitchen since I know how to cook.
When I have a permanent job, I can earn enough to rent a room for me to sleep in. Even if those jobs may not pay that high, if I can earn on a daily basis, then I can save some. Plus, if I work in a restaurant, maybe our meals are free.
You may wonder why I chose to work in a restaurant instead of other establishments. Well, most of the owners of a restaurant are welcoming people, people who have already mastered how to treat other people, especially strangers. So I will use that as an advantage on my part, plus restaurant owners are good people. I may not be 100 percent sure of that, but based here in my province, they are.
Those are just the things I will do if one day I'm homeless for the weekend. What I'm trying to say here is that we can do anything even if we don't have money, a home, or any people we know. We can live independently. We are capable of it. We are just hesitating to do it because we lack confidence. If we can have more confidence, we can survive out there in the wild.
I'd rather find ways to survive than just stay in one corner waiting for some good stuff to fall down on me.
I can be homeless, but I'm not powerless.
