Ugh, I'm already home and today I can say that it has been a busy day for many reasons.
This time the morning exercise routine has been only a small part. Today many topics were brought together and all very important, for a few days I have been writing topics related to productivity and today I have put it to the test to the fullest. For almost two weeks I have been working with a client who wanted to buy an apartment, several days of negotiation and adapting the financing according to his possibilities, the idea was to close the transaction this week. At the Gym I met another client and she approached me telling me that it was difficult for her to cross the international bridge from Brazil to Paraguay every day. I already identified the possible solution. In two minutes I shared with her an apartment option so she could move. She was immediately delighted and we arranged a visit for 11:00 am. leaving the Gym at 09:45 to arrive at the office before 10:00 am, a time when I had a project presentation for an investor client. At that moment, the person interested in buying the apartment called me and wanted to make the transaction before 11:00 am.
At that moment, in seconds I had to make several decisions, I immediately called the interested party and referred her to
@egonz, they immediately connected and agreed. Then in 5 minutes I was in the office ready to receive the 10:00 client, he arrived and I started the presentation of a development for investment, at that moment
@egonz tells me that someone is at the office door and asks for To my surprise, it was the client who wanted to buy the apartment, we spoke for about 5 minutes and once again I had to make decisions that somehow put me in a somewhat complicated situation, but I moved forward with determination, I took the lead on what was most important , the urgent thing I postponed and other things I delegated, I returned to the meeting at 10:20, the client was waiting for me, we successfully completed the presentation and at 11:10 they informed me that the purchase transaction was carried out successfully.
Now the rent that I had derived from
@egonz was missing, from that moment I coordinated with the architect for a meeting with other investors whose interest is to develop a building and I am providing them with advice. In the middle we had to buy gifts for the clients, sign the contract at the clerk's office and pick up our daughters from school. Another moment of decision making, we immediately went to carry out the tasks that were most important and could not be postponed, we had to be with tenant and owner clients. We arrived on time, there I won another future referral business (Tenant clients need me to get them a commercial space to start a new business).
Finishing with this moment, we began the trip to pick up our daughters from school (1:30 p.m.) and at 2:00 p.m. I had my meeting with the investors and the architect. Thanks to the teamwork with my wife, I went down to halfway (The streets of Ciudad del Este were clogged due to the traffic of Brazilian foreigners since it is a holiday in the neighboring country). Here is another decision-making moment, the architect would go get my materials, my wife would look for the girls. Finally we started and ended the meeting successfully, from there (3:30 p.m.) to the office to make some reports, send some options to clients and celebrate with my teammates and brokers. This does not end there but the rest, for example: from Ida to our home, already in the supermarket I met a client who had consulted me about buying a house the night before, in the supermarket we had our 15 minute talk, then get home and relax for dinner and rest.
I have decided today to tell part of my day, a day that involves many people, a day in which my actions and decisions affect many people positively or negatively, much more than I could imagine, all this makes me It has led us to understand the importance of our decisions and everything that happens to us affects many.
