I had some parchitas at home and realized that I had no snack for the afternoon and proceeded to prepare a tasty treat. I hope you like it because it is very delicious and easy to make.
Tenia en casa unas parchitas y me percate que no tenia merienda para la tarde y procedí preparar un rico manjar. Espero y les guste porque es muy delicioso y fácil de hacer.
Ingredients:
- Parchita
- Water
- Cornstarch
- Sugar

Step by step || Paso a paso
step 1 || Paso 1
Wash the parchitas and proceed to blend them, together with the water and sugar to taste.
Lavar las parchitas y proceder a licuarlas, junto con el agua y azúcar al gusto.
step 2 || Paso 2
Colour the parchita juice and bring it to a simmer.
Colar el jugo de parchita y montarlo a cocinar a fuego lento.
step 3 || Paso 3
In a cup with water add 5 tablespoons of cornstarch, add it to the pot with the juice and stir until it thickens
En una taza con agua agregar 5 cucharadas de maizina, añadírsela a la olla con el jugo y dar vuelta hasta que espese
step 4 || Paso 4
Place the mixture in a baking dish and let it rest, place in the refrigerator and then unmold
.
Colocar la mezcla dentro de un refractario y dejar reposar, meter en la nevera para luego desmoldar
