A trick to get interesting shots is to change your point of view. Of course my fave is a good center aligned horizon shot - but I can change it up!
Point the camera up. Still follow the rule of thirds, but in a vertical format.

When it’s safe again - get out. Change your perspective. My current perspective is the view from my couch...not that photogenic.
