Hola a todos, ayer llegué al parque un poco temprano y como había tiempo de lluvia pensamos si hacer o no dinámicos (terminamos haciendo dinámicos), y podría decir que ayer fue mi mejor entrenamiento de dinámicos. Luego mi compañero @enma2020 y yo fuimos a las otras barras a hacer una rutina de básicos (tenía rato sin hacer básicos).
La rutina la empezamos con 100 flexiones para calentar el cuerpo, después mi compañero @valecillos trajo un disco de 25 libras, y aprovechamos e hicimos dominadas con lastre en total hicimos 50, y terminamos con 100 fondos.

Hi everyone, yesterday I got to the park a little early and as there was rainy weather we thought about whether or not to do dynamics (we ended up doing dynamics), and I could say that yesterday was my best dynamic workout. Then my partner @enma2020 and I went to the other bars to do a basics routine (I hadn't done basics for a while).
We started the routine with 100 pushups to warm up the body, then my partner @valecillos brought a 25 pound disc, and we took advantage of it and did pull-ups with weights in total we did 50, and we finished with 100 dips.
