Hola amigos de SWC ayer me sentía súper pesado llegué y después de calentar intenté hacer un poco de freestyler y me sentí pesado.
Para no perder el día empecé realizando algunos intentos de geinger ya que lo he estado mejorando para hacerlo con más altura mi compañero 
Luego intente hacerlo en combos pero no salió nada y hice un combo que siempre me sale para por lo menos tener un combo grabado.
Luego fui a las otras barras a entrenar un poco la stradell.

Hi SWC friends yesterday I felt super heavy I arrived and after warming up I tried to do some freestyler and I felt heavy.
To not waste the day I started doing some geinger attempts as I have been improving it to do it with more height my partner
Then I tried to do it in combos but nothing came out and I did a combo which I always do to at least have a combo recorded.
Then I went to the other bars to train the stradell a bit.
