Hola a todos en Hive. Ayer fue un día divertido: después de una breve rutina de front lever, un compañero trajo unas anillas y, tras varios intentos, logré hacer mi primer muscle up en ellas.
Luego quise superarme e intentar hacer dos muscle ups, pero mis bíceps no daban para más. Después de descansar un poco, decidí tomar algunas fotos realizando estáticos. Me encantaba la iluminación que ofrecía el parque por la noche.
Así que aquí les traigo algunas fotos de mis estáticos. Estoy enfocado en mejorar esta área, ya que es mi debilidad. Como dicen, hay que trabajar en las partes más débiles si queremos progresar."

Hello everyone at Hive. Yesterday was a fun day: after a short front lever routine, a colleague brought some rings and, after several attempts, I managed to do my first muscle up on them.
Then I wanted to do two muscle ups, but my biceps were not up to it. After resting for a while, I decided to take some photos of myself doing static. I loved the lighting that the park offered at night.
So here I bring you some pictures of my statics. I am focused on improving this area, as it is my weakness. As they say, you have to work on the weakest parts if you want to make progress."
