During my musical tour through Spain I saw many beautiful landscapes on the road, but definitely riding through the north of the Iberian Peninsula in early spring was an experience I fell in love with. Many trees were brimming with greenery and others were still leafless from the winter that had just ended. We were able to enjoy the sea in the distance, there were imposing mountains, in some areas it was raining and in other areas it had just snowed before we drove through them.
Durante mi gira musical por España vi muchos paisajes hermosos en la carretera, pero definitivamente rodar por el norte de la península ibérica a inicios de primavera fue una experiencia que me enamoró. Muchos árboles estaban rebosantes en verdor y otros seguían sin hojas por el invierno que acababa de terminar. Pudimos disfrutar del mar a la distancia, había imponentes montañas, en algunas zonas llovía y en otras zonas acababa de nevar antes de que las transitáramos.
I am not a photographer, but the most beautiful landscape images that stayed with me were from my road trip between Santiago de Compostela and Oviedo, I could never take my eyes off the window, I was so amazed that I did not even know whether to appreciate what was to the right or to the left, since one side showed me the Cantabrian Sea and on the other side the beautiful lakes and imposing mountains, so it was during the 3 and a half hours that the trip lasted.
No soy fotógrafo, pero las imágenes de paisajes más bonitas que me quedaron fue de mi viaje en carretera entre Santiago de Compostela y Oviedo, nunca pude despegar la mirada de la ventana, estaba tan maravillado que incluso no sabía si apreciar lo que estaba a la derecha o a la izquierda, ya que una parte me mostraba el Mar Cantábrico y al otro lado los hermosos lagos e imponentes montañas, así fue durante las 3 horas y media que duró la travesía.
We made two stops, one for coffee and one for lunch, but both times it was drizzling. The water was very cold and our breath could be seen as we breathed out, I remember it fondly, we had already been touring cities for a week and we were very happy. Whether it was white clouds or grey, this trip through the Spanish north was my favorite road trip ❤️
Hicimos dos paradas, una para tomar café y otra para almorzar, pero en ambas ocasiones llovizno. El agua estaba muy fría y nuestro aliento podía verse al expirar, lo recuerdo con mucho cariño, ya teníamos una semana recorriendo ciudades y estábamos muy felices. Ya sea con nubes blancas o grises, este trayecto por el norte español fue mi viaje en carretera favorito ❤️
