How quickly time passes, I still remember when I sent the application to open my account. The truth is that I am celebrating my first year in steem and I want to share a little of that great experience with you. There have been good times and bad times, the truth is that steem has been a mattress that has helped me to have a little peace in times of anguish, so I see it as a means that God allowed me to get to know you and be part of this great family.

As most new users who don't make any kind of investment my start was pretty hard, getting the first weighty votes took some time. The main problem was that I started publishing my articles without first doing a previous investigation of what STEEM is and the aspects that make it up. The importance of tags was something else I didn't know, the copyright in the images used, the enrichment of the texts and the number of words that a decent article should have to get for a good reward. All this added to that reputation of 25 made my articles have little visibility. However, an article never ended up with zero votes, although it did end up with a $0 reward. The point is that from the beginning there have always been people giving me their support, some of them left the platform, others still remain. I always thank 
When I started to be part of this platform the price of STEEM was 6.3$, to receive 1SP your author's reward had to go from 15$ something very difficult for every new user, researching a little I found many contests and ways to win STEEM, from all of them I chose 
For me this has been a great experience, I have never been so active in any social network before but STEEM made a big difference in my life as a social platform and system that rewards good content. During this year I have met excellent people who have been a timely support for me. To mention all of them would make a very long list and I am sure that of the many that are I would forget some, however they are that grain of sand that has allowed me to obtain resources to supplement hard moments like the birth of my wife and even to obtain resources to put a bread on my table in a country where the salary of a worker is on the floor.
This is my first birthday on the platform and I am sure it is the first of many, that everything will improve and all of us who are part of this wonderful platform will be rewarded for our dedication and effort.
