Bienvenidos a mi Post!

Welcome To My Post!

¡Saludos SWC y Hive!

Greetings SWC and Hive!

Greetings fellow #Liketu and #SWC members, I'm Jesus Ramirez, (@jesus1sw), yesterday I went to practice at @ashura-sw's house and some fellow members of the #SWC community, we trained dynamic movements since there is a bar with mats and it is safer to do such movements because there are less risks of injuries and falls, I was practicing a movement that is called "geinger" I can't catch it, but I'm getting closer, I want to share with you some pictures of us practicing freestyle.
