Greetings SWC and Hive!
Greetings friends of #liketu and #swc, today was a productive Saturday, in the afternoon I went to train and things came out, I was very off this week because I did not get any trick I felt without strength, but today was different, I started doing freestyle, then I tried Straddle on fixed bar and I managed to get it, Before I was a little scared because I didn't have the technique to do that plancha, so I got going and managed to get it, I need more seconds but mainly I care about the posture now, then the seconds will come, I did several freestyle and static combos, and the truth is that they went very well, the next week will be better🔥.
