So on the left is a 'sort of salad' I made mainly from Veggies that I had cut up last Friday for the #FFF post, there are green and yellow squash, kohlrabi, roasted Garlic cloves, grape tomatoes all drizzled with some very good dark Balsamic Vinegar, with some oil from the Antipasto in my fridge, topped off with some freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
On the right is,... well, you know.
Several weeks ago, I'd bought this piece of steak, it was twice this size.
I made what I hoped would be a good dry rub (never done that before) with seasoned salt, ROSEMARY (picked fresh and dried some time ago, unfortunately, I had not ground it up, so it was still 'prickly' like little sticks)
So earlier today, I washed all that off, and put it back in the back I'd frozen it in with some soy sauce, then about an hour ago, I started the salad
I put the meat in my handy dandy grill fry pan
Heated until it was smoking, then I covered it with some foil I reuse for the purpose of keeping it from splattering quite so bad
After a few minutes I turned it over
Covered it again and turned off the burner and let it sit.
Then
