In my mind’s eye, I float above the clouds,
Far above the strife and conflict below.
Serenely I glide in a sunlit shroud;
Filled with all the peace and love that I know.

Keeping the noise and strife outside of you,
As we tend to internalize so much.
Should we create a wall; nothing gets through?
Then without experience we grow tough?
☼
Should we instead embrace the world as is?
Knowing it is part of our universe?
We can always do our best; share our bliss,
So our world will not just be a curse.
