This is a clip from my dashcam on the way home about an hour ago. This is a one way street, and the green light lasts only moments.
It was green as I approached, the car ahead of me was stopped with its ass end stuck out into Edgewood, while some BIMBO, (who could have simply gone on down to the end, turned right or left and gone around the block), made a totally unnecessary 5 point turn in a one lane, one way street.
