Hello Steemians and Dtubers,
Jeronimo back again with another video always trying to inspire peace happiness and love in the world Wherever I Go. We had a new kid at work today who really didn't feel like he had much value and he didn't know if he would be able to do the job very well at all. He was very nervous, and this may have even been one of his first jobs ever.
When you connect with people like this it's always good to encourage them and to help them relax. You can use words like “I know you're going to do just fine. Let me just show you the basic and I know that everything's going to be okay”. Then you go ahead and begin showing them what they're going to be doing. With people like this you need to show them very slowly what they're going to be doing, you can't be quick, you have to be relaxed, and talk calm or else they will get more nervous and they won't be able to do the job.
So this is what I did. when I was talking to him I was very calm. I explain things very slowly and I made him feel very comfortable so that he wouldn't get more nervous. And let me tell you something, this kid excelled in the job because I took my time and was very calm, polite and respectful with all of my instructions and it really helped him to calm down and feel better about the work he was about to do.
No matter what kind of talent you may have, there is a need for it somewhere in the world. What I suggest to people when I talk to them about finding their “Hidden Talents”, is, I tell them to write down all the things that they enjoy doing whether it's growing plants, drawing pictures, creating music or singing, or whatever it may be, there is a need for every talent in the world. So write down the things that you enjoy doing, and then practice them often.
Don't ever think that you don't have value because you do. The value of you begins when you are born. You are a Miracle of Life which makes you priceless. Then you are a unique individual different from everybody else in the world, which gives you even more value. And if you carry a smile with you always, Love in Your Heart wherever you go, and spread happiness and joy to others then you have extreme value always. You are Beautiful and Amazing.
Everybody gets nervous at some point in their life but, the one who can get past the nervousness they are having, these are the ones who will succeed and Excel in everything that they do. Everyone is capable of doing this. You just need to build your self-confidence and your self-motivation, and go out there and do it and be great at it.

May every Journey that you venture on always turn out to be successful and continue on for generations to come. remember to love yourself because you deserve it Because you are a miracle of life. And if you're going to prosper in anything, prosper in peace happiness and love first always
