LOH 129 || I received a bouquet of flowers for the first time
I felt so beautiful, loved and special upon receiving a bouquet of flowers for the first time.
Flowers brings a lot of message if given to someone. It shows love for friendship and relationship or it shows sympathy for grief.
Me personally is not showy, giving of flowers to someone is not an act for me. I felt shy, it seems that I don't have the strength to do it. I remember my younger sister who always give flowers to our mother during her birthday or during mother's day. She would give the flowers along with her greetings.
In opposite, I would only text my message and greetings to her though we will meet each other at the end of the day.
I always seen ladies, woman or wives receiving flowers from someone they love, either their children, husband or boyfriend during special occasion like birthday, valentine's, anniversary or mother's day. I can see how happy and thankful they were receiving those bouquet of beautiful flowers.
When I was still single and have boyfriend I also wanted to receive one but I never had. I didn't demand for it of course and I know how pricey it is.
When I got married, I have a bouquet of flowers during our wedding but it is not considered as a gift because it is really part of the ceremony.
I always wished to receive a bouquet of flowers until my first birthday with my husband.
I received a bouquet of flowers from my husband during my birthday
I don't have enough time to celebrate my birthday that day because I travel with my family and relatives because our aunt died and that day we will bring her to the cemetery.
I went home late in the afternoon and my husband welcomed me with a boquet of flowers and greeting me a happy birthday. The bouquet is not that beautiful compared to commercial bouquet sold in the flower shop because he just made it, yes! You read it right he just made it. He collected flowers from their garden at work and made a DIY flower bouquet.
I felt so beautiful, loved and special upon receiving a bouquet of flowers for the first time from my husband given during my birthday.
While looking at it, I also noticed a piece of paper having a love letter. Now I am smiling while writing this blog remembering that moment. I don't have a grand birthday celebration that day but I felt so blessed and happy by the efforts showed by my husband.
Some time of the day I wonder and thinking when I can receive flowers again. Sana maulit muli馃槉 (I hope it will happen again).
