Without any further indication steem is now listed on Binance. They are based in Hong Kong but service a global market and many crypto enthusiasts are moving there because of the super low fees and the fact it has many popular cryptocurrencies that are in high demand.
Unfortunately SBD is not listed. (Yet?)
