I have a texture and shader test inside of unreal, that I think is pretty good, still needs some more stubble on the hair, and some roughness to the stubble part. Obviously needs eyes, brows and lashes aswell :D
Pretty close to start doing lowpoly work on the clothing and testing out the fur for the hood.
