One more Guideline
In order to finish my short investing money series of blogs, I thought one more blog was in order. This one as stated is another guideline, not a hard and fast rule. It is the result of various discussions, or questions that have been asked over the years which essentially goes something like this.
- Where should I invest my money?
My thoughts on this are as follows, don't discount any investment type or option off hand. Lean about all of them and see what fits you best. We are all different and our circumstances are different. What is right for me may not be for you. Once again don't discount any option because your not educated in it, educate yourself, then evaluate your options. Finally of course.
Follow the rules.
- Can I afford to lose the money?
- Do I understand what I am investing in?
If you answer no to any of the rules walk away.
