A coffee date always sounds like a good idea. That's why, on the last day of work each week, I always look forward to a relaxing coffee break or a date with a friend.
I'm back for more cafe fun! I know I've been MIA for a few weeks, but I'm glad to be back for a new cafe adventure, which I'll be sharing with you today.
This cafe is a newly opened cafe located at M. Logarta Ave, Cebu City, Cebu (at the back of Bayfront Hotel, across Natasha bldg near Sm City Cebu North bus terminal). The shop opened two months ago, according to the barista. I was initially perplexed by the map and directions because this is hidden in the middle of highways, but I'm glad I was able to check Google Maps and become acquainted with the nearby landmarks.
The cafe shop is linked to a building on the second floor of a car repair shop called M-Tech Accessories & Parts, which initially confused me.

When we arrived, it was still early afternoon, which I prefer. I prefer peace to an overcrowded shop because I want to relax and take my time while enjoying my coffee and the surroundings.
The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and peaceful. It was quite spacious on the inside, a good venue for meetings, but there were no available rooms for private meetings or set-up. The seating is comfortable, and the staff is friendly.
They have their own made cookies for sale.
I like how they are very active in selling their best sellers and products. Even these empanadas, which I unexpectedly liked.
It has beef inside, as well as a chilli corn with cheese, which enhances the flavor. It is also delicious when eaten hot.
Sasha ordered the Hazelnut Latte, while I ordered their best-selling drink, Caramel Micchiato. We both tried their Empanada, which we didn't regret.
Aside from their Empanada, they also have variety of dessert you can choose from. I was just a bit sad because I was looking forward to try their lasagna which I saw in Tiktok, a social media platform, that looks very delicious. Maybe next time if I come by again. And oh, in every cafe shop, there's always their souveneir cups and some items available for sale.
I had a great time there while we talked about random things. We didn't realize it had been an hour since we had finished our meals and drinks then decided to go home. So far, I'm pleased. I felt at ease at this cafe shop with great food and a new location to return soon. Since this cafe is also near to a bus terminal bound to my province at home, I can drop by and take out coffee soon. Sounds like a good plan! I just thought about this, lol
