This morning I woke up after a sleep of about 7:42 hours. So I slept more than 7 hours with a breath support.

While sleeping, I had noticed twice that the mask was slightly slipped. I have corrected this and immediately fell asleep again.

I didn't think it would be that easy.

After waking up, the AHI checked and was positively surprised. You remember my lag at 40,1/h.

I'm in the normal range. My AHI's at 5. So just 5 more breath dropouts per hour. And that, right after the first therapy night. So it's a complete success, because everything is normal.

With the mask I have to work something else. I feel a leakage of 22.5 l/min is too high. There is still a leak somewhere. I hadn't noticed anything.

Tonight I will definitely use the respiratory therapy device again.
