Great morning Steemians . Some Schools just have their school opening last june 04 .but our schools are just having their closing ceremony this week . Our school system has been divided into two school opening, one is june for the public schools and other private schools . While other private schools and universities opted to have their school opening on August.
Today , I woke up early to prepare breakfast .At 7a.m. my husband and I accompanied our youngest daughter to their school for the closing ceremony and recognition day .
The program started at exactly 7:30 a.m. with the processional march by the Honor students, faculty , personnel and administration inside the school gym.
The Libtak Dance Troupe did an opening number . Afterwards, the awarding of honors to the undergraduates from Grade 7 to Grade 11 followed suit.
My daughter was in the Grade 8 class .The school and the teachers were very systematic and everything was done accordingly that there were no or minimal lapses .
There were some bloopers like a parent not recognizing his daughter onstage and walked pass by her .The daughter had to call her parents attention.LOL ! 馃槈
Another is when the honor student was awarded a medal by her parents , she accompanied her parents down the stage forgetting that she was supposed to stay put onstage and so , she quickly climbed onstage and everybody applauded laughingly
Another student was also feeling shy when her mom want to kiss her onstage , she shied away 馃槞
The program finished around 10:30 a.m. , we had some selfie with my daughter and husband.
Afterwards , we treated her to an early lunch.
All Glory and honor to the Lord because my daughter made it to the honor roll and thank you Lord for your faithfulness in our lives
