There is all this talk about plastic waste and the environment these days. While reading around the topic I came across a company that I didn’t know that also addressed a problem I didn’t know about.
Toilet paper.
We all use it. But this company, Who gives a crap ,wins my business on several counts:
They put half of all the profit made (yes 50%) into projects to provide toilets to the 40% of the world population that don’t have them, and in other ways to improve sanitation.
Their rolls are environmentally friendly, either recycled or from sustainable bamboo. Lots of mainstream brands are made from fresh trees.
They come wrapped in paper in a cardboard box… not in a big plastic bag!
We are working through the first dump delivery now, and they do the jobbie. :-)
