Today I had a hard day.
Sometimes in a single day we have so much to do, it takes effort to not be discouraged.
I have come to realize that life is a struggle, those who succeed are those who are determined to stay focus.
Yesterday I did not have time to post my activity report with actifit but I am motivated to not give up.
Knowing that physical activity helps me stay healthy, the numbers allow me to get an idea of my efforts to be physically active every day.
