Is all of the info out there too confusing?

Is Steem rising too rapidly to dangerous heights which might anticipate a disastrous fall? There's a lot of info out there that is trying to answer this... some of it positive and some cynical but all of it mostly complicated and technical.

All these TL;DR assessments on the recent quick rise of Steem/SBD and the ratios between them and all that stuff make me go cross-eyed. All very good insights I'm sure, but way above my pay grade.

If you're like me and you don't benefit so much from all that highly technical in-depth analysis then, please allow me to make it easy for you. For the long term position, there is only ONE sign to take from all of this...

ACTIVITY

Basically, whether the fiat currency is moving in, or moving out of the system, the point is, that with rapid and extreme fluctuations, there is MOVEMENT.... aka action. All that money that moved out has a much higher chance of moving back in.

As opposed to potential investors who aren't even aware Steem exists... former investors already know about it, and may just be moving to the sidelines, but waiting to jump back in if no better opportunities arise. So, the more value that accrues to a commodity, the more value that can potentially continue to accrue... this process feeds itself. An item which has never seen value is much less exposed to that same potential. See?

Activity generates attention and interest. A commodity that's not doing much draws little new interest but commodities, rising or falling in value, do create interest. For potential new investors, a falling price is always eye catching. For rising prices, the same. Price changes are good!

Anyhow, that's just my simplified take on things, sans the technical know-how and crypto wizardry of more enlightened folk. Activity means interest and for long term benefits, interest is good.

Hope you found this slightly helpful!

As usual, all images made by me using MS Paint... don't hate, lol! Also, I'm not an expert and this is not "real" advice (just in case someone wants to unwisely make a decision based on something I said, then litigate; it'd never happen but, you know, disclaimers are fun right?). Consult your financial professional, legal professional and contracted infernal powers before doing stupid stuff.
