Today I was reading something about a family story, where the grandmother taught the new generations to braid their hair in order to catch the pain and suffering and it would not go through the rest of the body, braid it so that it would stay there, between the hair. and I do not reach the heart. Well then I realized that it was too late to braid mine, my pain had already reached my heart, my eyes, my brain, it had already invaded my body and I could only let it out, fill my pillow with tears until my eyes dry, my heart will calm down but above all, my brain will stop thinking about those things that oppress my chest and wrinkle my soul, those things that I avoid so much, so many broken dreams, unfulfilled desires, unfulfilled trips, lost confidence, so much giving and receive little. Today I realized that I have to braid my hair even to sleep, there the pain takes advantage and makes its way throughout my body running from one end to the other, hurting every fiber of me, breaking every wall I've built with what I've lived.
Today I realized while braiding my hair that there was still a lot of kintsugui left to do, my wounds still covered in gold are not healed, only superficially healed, there are some that may remain open all their life or a large part of it. So all that remains is to go ahead, braid your hair, a towel to dry your tears and above all... the attitude to believe that it will happen and what oppresses today tomorrow will be a reason for joy and I will be able to let my hair down without worrying that the pain go back to tour nor body.

Greetings to all 🤗🤗🤗🤗
