Capturing Random Individuals | #Monomad Challenge

Hello there Black and White community, hope everyone is doing well. For today’s content, I will be sharing another entry for the #monomad challenge a daily photo contest initiated by @monochromes. These photos that I’m going to share are actually street photography which was captured in the town plaza of Dalaguete, Cebu, as the town was also celebrating its annual fiesta in honor of the town's patron Saint, San Guillermo de Aquitania. As I visit the church to have candle lighting, so might as well get some snaps of random individuals who stroll on their seawall that happens to be just along with their plaza.

Since it's the town's fiesta the plaza was almost filled with many people of all ages, along with it are stall stands that sell various kinds of food. And as what I observed, most of the plaza goers came with their friends and families, while some were taking pictures of their family members and some were taking selfies and yet they didn't know that I am also taking pictures of them secretly a stolen shot I must say😊. Check out these photos below.

As you can see in the above photo is a man who is taking a selfie with the stall stand as his background, likely he was also amazed like I do that there are many food stalls popped out in this year's fiesta celebration unlike in the previous years that there are only a few ones displaying.

Just like this stall that is run by an aged woman who sells assorted chips which are favored by teens and young adults.

On the other hand, I saw this man having a saxophone which I think just finished serenading someone in the crowd, especially the town is celebrating the fiesta. It is usual in Cebu that there are random individuals who will play music or alike in front of you usually during a fiesta, in a form of a carol in exchange for any amount you hand over to them.

I also noticed that someone is taking photos of the food stalls using a phone, which I also took a picture of it. It seems it's an iPhone he/she is using.

Aside from adults, there are also kids who went with the crowd, and of course, they were with their guardians as well, playing with their friends. Look how happy they are in these below photos.

One of the kids even notice that he was being photographed and suddenly stopped tagging his friend. Look how innocent he is in this picture.

While the other kid seemed to look jealous as he has no one to play with. So, one of his guardians bought him a milk tea instead which somehow solves the problem (lol). But after a few minutes, the kid was slowly making friends with the ones playing.
