Wow... I didn't see that coming! What a way to go — in an act of extreme selflessness. I'm glad you didn't go into details about the accident. However it played out, it was doubtless going to be a doozy. I read the description of what he did a couple of times trying to picture the physics of it, and if it was possible for him to stop his car from hitting the stalled car, and not get pushed into it at high speed by the one coming along behind him... and how all of that could somehow save Len. Cutting to him entering heaven saved us readers from all of that!
