I really enjoyed reading this, @rammargarita, and learning about the town of Mariguitar. The fire must have been a very dramatic experience to witness as a child! Candles caused a lot of fires in those days. I loved reading about the sack race. Those kinds of activities are so much fun for kids. That's really cool that your brother won a baseball!
